Why? A Pet Peeve of mine....
Why? I ask why do people drive with their hoods on? Is it a matter of keeping warm or looking cool? If your cold, turn the damn heat on in the car !! Driving while hooded is just not safe.....I don't care what anyone says, it blocks your vision ! I think this should be the next thing cops should begin ticketing !

Well what about a big blue fuzzy hat...I've been known to drive with that. Did you know most of the heat escapes from your head!!!!
ReplyDeleteA hat is totally different, when you move your head it moves with you ! Let's do an experiment...here we go.
ReplyDeleteGet a hat and get a sweatshirt.
Put on the hat and turn your head to the right and to the left as if you're simulating looking to change lanes while driving.
Does your hat move with your head?
Does it block your peripheral vision?
Now put on a sweatshirt and put the hood on.
Turn your head right and left again.
What happens? It does not move as readily. The hood stays and your head moves, turning into the hood, right?
Case closed........DO NOT WEAR A HOOD WHILE DRIVING !!!!!
